Currently we hold monthly drop-in sessions and hold various events. Please see the what’s on section on our website.

What we provide

We offer a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for carers, people living with dementia, and others in the local community who are affected by or interested in dementia. Our group meets regularly to enjoy social activities, share experiences, and provide practical advice and emotional support. Whether you’re seeking companionship, information, or a friendly space to connect with others who understand, you’ll find a warm and inclusive community at the heart of everything we do.

how you will benefit

As a carer, you’ll find understanding, encouragement, and practical support through our group. Being part of a community that truly understands the challenges of caring for someone with dementia can help reduce feelings of isolation and stress. You’ll have the opportunity to share experiences, access helpful information, and enjoy regular social interaction in a relaxed and friendly setting. Most importantly, you’ll be reminded that you’re not alone.
